The operation manager of our call center has been changing the way we get our bonsus every month. This month the bonsus for each cell is tied to attendence conversion rate weather your back from breaks or come to or leave on time. One second is late. Anyway there was a blowup yesterday on my team alone. One of the girls was off work 4 days as her two year old was in the hospital they counted it against she gets no bonsus for all the sales. I had a doctor note which wipes my absents clean I wont be getting my bonsus. And there is lot more of lies about the attendence. Les't just say the sales will not be as high as thery were. This was can of worms I don't think it went down as they thought. I will put the minimal effort in. It is just unbelieveable they could cause so much crap. I will definaltey be glad to get out of there my march. What oxy morons they are

I know what the??? It seems this town has an abundance of large and I mean large crows. And they are very loud in the mornings. You would thinke with the snow they would be a little quiter. Looks like it is still snowing yuk I thought it was suppose to stopp until thursday night and friday morning. Now I didnt mind that as i am not working friday and it should be okay saturday. Oh well it is what it is. I really plan on having a good day. But I always do until I am at work an hour or two and then I am ready to scream and go home. Ever wonder what it would be like to have enough money to actually have a choice of what you do. Oh well that wont be me . Must finish getting ready hopefully my ride will be here I just hate taking cabs they are so nasty here. Oh well another day another penny xxxx to you all

I hope the weekend was everything you wanted it to be. I must say it was a nicer weekend that I have had in a long time. Saturday I got to see my grandson Bailey that I; havent got to see him in 5 months. It was so good to see him and his mom. Didnt get to see them long but will be closer soon. have to take a cab to work today So the start of the week his starting a little off step as usual. The temp is suppost to drop this afternoon. I am ready for spring. It does seem that we wish our lifes away.I got a lot accomplished this weekend so I am content to go back to work with no regrets for puitting off things which I do love to do. Hopefully my son's wife lindsey's car will be fixed to day but the way they do things I doubt it. You have to get up before 3 in the afternoon to get something done. Oh well, it's thier life. I decided not to let them bother me with all that. Famous last words I guess. Anyway have agood beginning of the week.

How To Dance In The Rain

It was a busy morning, about 8:30, when an elderly gentleman in his 80's, arrived to have stitches removed from his thumb. He said he was in a hurry as he had an appointment at 9:00 am.
I took his vital signs and had him take a seat, knowing it would be over an hour before someone would to able to see him.
I saw him looking at his watch and decided, since I was not busy with another patient, I would evaluate his wound.
On exam, it was well healed, so I talked to one of the doctors, got the needed supplies to remove his sutures and redress his wound.
While taking care of his wound, I asked him if he had another doctor's appointment this morning, as he was in such a hurry. The gentleman told me no, that he needed to go to the nursing home to eat breakfast with his wife.
I inquired as to her health. He told me that she had been there for a while and that she was a victim of Alzheimer's Disease. As we talked, I asked if she would be upset if he was a bit late. He replied that she no longer knew who he was, that she had not recognized him in five years now.
I was surprised, and asked him, 'And you still go every morning, even though she doesn't know who you are?'
He smiled as he patted my hand and said, 'She doesn't know me, but I still know who she is.'
I had to hold back tears as he left, I had goose bumps on my arm, and thought, 'That is the kind of love I want in my life.'
True love is neither physical, nor romantic. True love is an acceptance of all that is, has been, will be, and will not be.

Today is Feb 14th hard to believe time is flying so fast. As friend has kindly pointed out to should be friends day not valentines day. I watched people getting flowers and candy at work and the ones not receiving anything having a sad look on thier face. How said that a day that is suppose to represent love and kindiness can bring about these sad faces. No I didn't get anything this year but it really didnt bother me. but, a lot of the younger ones i work with did get up set.
So I hope you all found friends day to be a truely happy day.
