|-| The operation manager of our call center has been changing the way we get our bonsus every month. This month the bonsus for each cell is tied to attendence conversion rate weather your back from breaks or come to or leave on time. One second is late. Anyway there was a blowup yesterday on my team alone. One of the girls was off work 4 days as her two year old was in the hospital they counted it against she gets no bonsus for all the sales. I had a doctor note which wipes my absents clean I wont be getting my bonsus. And there is lot more of lies about the attendence. Les't just say the sales will not be as high as thery were. This was can of worms I don't think it went down as they thought. I will put the minimal effort in. It is just unbelieveable they could cause so much crap. I will definaltey be glad to get out of there my march. What oxy morons they are
