Knock Knock
@ 2008-12-30 – 20:30:45

I did walk to work this morning it was a great walk Ms Sun kept her rays on me the whole way. And some brave birds were singing up a storm which surprised me as it was chilly. But it really wasnt that bad. We were sent home early but even that didnt upset me. It was colder because of the wind by this time. But, went up town to do some business rode the bus. But, just now at 10:30pm I heard a rattleing at the windows and door and reaized that we are having the gusting winds again. But, it isnt raining so that is okay. Because actually I like listening to the wind. Even opened the door and breathed in all that fresh air. Was going to take BA out but he went to the door felt the wind and turned around and went back to bed.
Guess he doesnt have to go that bad. Well tomorrow is New Year's eve Just seems like yesterday we were celebrating this. One thing I am looking forward to is the days getting longer. There I go wishing my life away. But, I do like daylight wiht the beautiful sun shning and the birds a singing. Anyway if the wind doesnt blow us away. I will post tomorrow. I thank all of you that have been standing by me these last few weeks you dont know how much I appricate it. You are all special people and this blogsite is special. I hope you all realize what we have here is a community of smart caring people that make for a beautiful community of friends. Hugs

There's my sun!!!!!
@ 2008-12-30 – 07:01:36

The sun is out they say it should be cloudy this afternoon but the sun is out this morning. And evening I might take the bus as they are free rides until the first. But, the sun is out so even though it is cold I think I will walk. Some company sent me a Pedometer think I might use that just to see how many steps I take. Well, maybe not dont know if I want to know
Was just thinking the Year is winding down and it is a time to reflect. But, I have decided I am going to do a year in review. But, it is going to be a positive year in review. Because there was positive and that is what I want to give tribute to and not the other issues. Then no resolutions just maybe a list of probablities. Anyway better get busy or I will have to take the bus to get there on time. Hugs to all Have a great sunny day

There comes a point in your life when you realize:
Who matters,
Who never did,
Who won't anymore...
And who always will.
So, don't worry about people from your past,
there's a reason why they didn't make it to your future.
Give these flowers to everyone you don't want to lose in 2009. -

Thier show is unbelieveable. I have had to pull over a number of times because I was laughing so hard. So I hope you enjoy

Weeweechu
@ 2008-12-16 – 20:04:08
It's a romantic full moon, when Pedro said, "Hey, mamacita, let's do
Weeweechu."Oh no, not now, let's look at the moon!" said Rosita.
Oh, c'mon baby, let's you and I do Weeweechu. I love you and it's the
perfect time," Pedro begged."But I wanna just hold your hand and watch the moon." replied Rosita.
Please, Rosita, just once, do Weeweechu with me."
Rosita looked at Pedro and said, "OK, one time, we'll do Weeweechu."
Pedro grabbed his guitar and they both sang.....
"Weeweechu a Merry Christmas, Weeweechu a Merry Christmas, Weeweechu
a Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year."MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!

Gift to all

"Life is too short to wake up in
the morning with regrets,so love the people who treat you right,
forget about the ones who don't,and believe that everything
happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it.
If it changes your life, let it.
Nobody said life would be easy,
they just promised it would be worth it."

A little girl asked her mother: 'How did the human race appear?' The mothe r answered, 'God made Adam and Eve; they had children; and so was all mankind made.' Two days later the girl asked her father the same question. The father answered, 'Many years ago there were monkeys from which the human race evolved.' The confused girl returned to her mother and said, 'Mum, how is it possible that you told me the human race was created by God, and Dad said they developed from monkeys?' The mother answered, 'Well, Dear, it is very simple. I told you about my side of the family, and your father told you about his.' -
Importance of Walking HMMMMMMM

The Importance of Walking
>
> Walking can add minutes to your life.

E-mail from where??????
@ 2008-12-03 – 17:53:51
A lesson to be learned from typing the wrong email address!
A Minneapolis couple decided to go to Florida to thaw out during a particularly icy winter. They planned to stay at the same hotel where they spent their honeymoon 20 years earlier.
Because of hectic schedules, it was difficult to coordinate their travel schedules. So, the husband left Minnesota and flew to Florida on Thursday, with his wife flying down the following day. The husband checked into the hotel. There was a computer in his room, so he decided to send an email to his wife. However, he accidentally left out one letter in her email address, and without realizing his error, sent the email.
Meanwhile, somewhere in Houston , a widow had just returned home from her husband's funeral. He was a minister who was called home to glory following a heart attack.
The widow decided to check her email expecting messages from relatives and friends. After reading the first message, she screamed and fainted.
The widow's son rushed into the room, found his mother on the floor, and saw the computer screen which read:
To: My Loving Wife
Subject: I've Arrived
Date: October 16, 2007I know you're surprised to hear from me. They have computers here now and you are allowed to send emails to your loved ones.
I've just arrived and have been checked in. I see that everything has been prepared for your arrival tomorrow.
Looking forward to seeing you then! Hope your journey is as uneventful as mine was.
P.S Sure is freaking hot down here!

truth or joke

A Japanese company (Toyota) and an American company (GM) decided to have
a canoe race on the Missouri River. Both teams practiced long and hard
to reach their peak performance before the race.On the big day, the Japanese won by a mile.
The Americans, very discouraged and depressed, decided to investigate
the reason for the crushing defeat. A management team made up of senior
management was formed to investigate and recommend appropriate action.Their conclusion was the Japanese had 8 people rowing and 1 person
steering, while the American team had 8 people steering and 1 person
rowing.Feeling a deeper study was in order, American management hired a
consulting company and paid them a large amount of money for a second
opinion. They advised, of course, that too many people were steering the boat,
while not enough people were rowing. Not sure of how to utilize that
information, but wanting to prevent another loss to the Japanese, the
rowing team's management structure was totally reorganized to 4 steering
supervisors, 3 area steering superintendents, and 1 assistant
superintendent steering manager. They also implemented a new performance system that would give the 1
person rowing the boat greater incentive to work harder. It was called
the 'Rowing Team Quality First Program,' with meetings, dinners, and
free pens for the rower.. There was discussion of getting new paddles,
canoes, and other equipment, extra vacation days for practices and
bonuses. The next year the Japanese won by two miles.
Humiliated, the American management laid off the rower for poor
performance, halted development of a new canoe, sold the paddles, and
canceled all capital investments for new equipment. The money saved was
distributed to the Senior Executives as bonuses and the next year's
racing team was out-sourced to India. The End.
Sadly,
Here's something else to think about:GM has spent the last thirty years moving all its factories out of the
US claiming they can't make money paying American wages.TOYOTA has spent the last thirty years building more than a dozen plants
inside the US. The last quarter's results:
TOYOTA makes 4 billion in profits while GM racked up 9 billion in
losses.GM folks are still scratching their heads.
IF THIS WEREN'T TRUE, IT MIGHT BE FUNNY.

Red Neck Tube Top!!!!!
@ 2008-12-02 – 06:51:35
True Redneck Tube Top!!!!

This was taken in front of the Gardendale, Alabama, Walmart, where the young lady was shopping at the Flea market.
This is hysterical! Look at it closely.
Now I ask you...
Who stands and looks at a pair of men's briefs and says hummmm...I can make me a nice summer top from these!! On the other hand...$6 for a three pack is a good price!!
But what if they weren't bought new? That's redneck recycling at it's best. Don't throw out yer feller's drawers when the skidmarks don't wash out no more. Just cut the crotch out and wear 'em. How very Green! Al Gore would be proud.
