Went to work today and as I was looking over my stats I saw I took 48 calls yesterday. Now I admit I am good but not that good. Then I noticed my hours rang up 12 something instead of the 8.51. Looks like I didnt log out completely. Now that is my mistake and I take credit for that. Again hey I am good just not that good

What makes this funny to me. From 8 to 11 something. the night shift sups and team roamers whos job it is by the way to watch the call flow and make sure there are no droped calls and make sure no one is in aux to long. Now my team is one of the top teams but we are always gone by at least 9 if there is over time. So how did my phone stay on hook and dropping calls all that time and no one found it until 11. It gets better even smart ass Derek the ops manager looked at the call flow and did not see the droped call. Looks like they let 27 calls get dropped. So even though I made the first mistake mine was because the logout button and a call got crossed the rest of the mistake came from other place. Mmmmmm did I cause that yes but would like to think if I wanted to cause havack I could think of something more dramatic. Anyway seems everyone had a red face today.

Shame they spotted it at all - that would have been an impressive amount of calls! x

No and what we have always knew our team is the top team and cover everything and there is something lacking in the teams and sups that came after us. Now it will be interesting to see what improvement is made if any

Oh dear! At least your tiny mistake highlighted an even bigger one. Were they all asleep on that shift?
